You will be responsible for editing, arranging, and enhancing video content that highlights our jewelry, events, and campaigns while ensuring alignment with our brand identity.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Reports To: Managing Director / Digital Marketing Manager

• Experience: 2–4 years in video editing (Jewelry/Fashion/Retail preferred)
• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Multimedia, Film Editing, or related field

• Video Editing Expertise – Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Creative Storytelling – Ability to craft engaging narratives that connect with audiences.
• Technical Skills – Strong knowledge of editing software, color grading, audio mixing, and transitions.
• Attention to Detail – Ensuring polished, professional outputs that meet campaign goals.
• Collaboration – Ability to work closely with photographers, content creators, and the marketing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Video Editing & Production

• Edit raw footage from product shoots, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Add transitions, visual effects, background scores, and voiceovers as required.
• Ensure videos maintain brand consistency and meet quality standards.
• Create short-form content for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories).
• Optimize video length and format for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.

2. Support in Shoots & Content Creation

• Assist photographer and content creator during shoots with technical setup.
• Ensure proper lighting and sound capture for smooth editing.
• Provide creative input on framing, shot styles, and sequencing.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content when required.
• Maintain proper cataloging of raw video files for future use.

3. Creative Collaboration & Reporting

• Work with the content creator to bring scripts and storyboards to life.
• Support campaign launches with promotional videos and ad edits.
• Deliver edits on time as per campaign deadlines.
• Submit regular updates to Digital Marketing Manager/MD on task progress.
• Maintain backup of all project files for future reference.

· Creative Contribution – Support brand promotions with innovative video concepts and edits.

· Shoot & Editing Coordination – Ensure smooth workflow during shoots and post-production processes.

· Digital Engagement – Drive higher engagement on social media platforms through compelling video content.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)

· On-Time Video Delivery – 100% of videos delivered as per campaign schedule.

· Social Media Engagement Growth – ≥20% increase quarterly via video content.

· Approval Rate – ≥95% of videos approved by management without revisions.

· Event Video Turnaround – ≤48 hours from shoot completion to delivery.

· Brand Consistency – ≥90% adherence to brand guidelines across all video outputs.
