Prachar Craft is a full-stack marketing agency working with real estate, healthcare, education (preschools), hospitality, and D2C brands. We ship high-impact content across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, fast, on-brand, and data-driven.

What you’ll do

• Edit short-form & long-form videos (Reels/Shorts, 1:1, 16:9, 9:16) from raw footage to final export.
• Build motion graphics, lower-thirds, kinetic text, emojis, and end cards aligned to each brand kit.
• Add subtitles (manual/auto), sound design, music selection, and clean transitions.
• Colour-correct/grade for a consistent look; basic cleanup (noise, exposure, white balance, stabilization).
• Collaborate with directors, copywriters, and designers on storyboards, hooks, and CTAs.
• Repurpose edits for multi-platform delivery; create thumbnails and teaser cuts.
• Maintain organised project files, proxies, and assets with tidy versioning.
• Track performance and iterate, test hooks, first 3-seconds, captions, and pacing.

You’ll thrive if you have

• 2–5 years of agency/brand editing experience (freshers with a killer reel also considered).
• Mastery of Premiere Pro + After Effects (or Final Cut + Motion). Bonus: Audition, Resolve.
• Strong motion-graphics sense (text animation, shape layers, masks, speed-ramping).
• Command over pacing for social (hook first, tight cuts, pattern interrupts).
• Working Hindi/English for on-screen text and captions.
• A sharp eye for typography, color, and storytelling.
• Speed + reliability under deadlines.

Nice-to-have

• Basic 2D/3D animation, LUT creation, or Resolve color.
• YouTube packaging (thumbnails, titles, retention insights).
• Knowledge of real-estate, healthcare, or education content nuances.
• Comfort with AI tools (auto-captioning, cleanup, face enhancement, voice isolation).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
