About the Role:

Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit a variety of

  long-format videos

  (films, documentaries, brand stories) and

  short-format content

  (social media videos, reels, teasers, promos).
• Collaborate closely with our creative director to bring narrative intent and emotional nuance to the final cut.
• Design and integrate

  motion graphics

  using

  Adobe After Effects

  or equivalent tools to enhance storytelling impact.
• Perform

  colour correction and colour grading

  using any professional software (DaVinci Resolve preferred).
• Work with

  AI and generative tools

  to accelerate workflows and elevate creative possibilities.
• Maintain organised project files and adhere to delivery schedules with attention to detail and consistency.
• Stay current with emerging editing techniques, trends, and tools in both traditional and AI-driven post-production.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  ,

  After Effects

  and at least one

  colour grading software

  (DaVinci Resolve preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  storytelling, pacing, sound design and visual rhythm

  .
• Ability to handle both

  creative edits

  and

  technical post-production tasks

  independently.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about

  AI video tools, generative platforms

  , and automated editing workflows.
• Strong aesthetic sense with an ability to interpret and enhance a creative brief.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
