About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Video Editor who can bring stories to life through compelling visual narratives. The ideal candidate is skilled in both long-format storytelling and short-format content optimised for digital and social platforms. They possess a keen eye for design systems, pacing, rhythm, colour, and emotion, and a readiness to explore the possibilities of AI-assisted editing and generative creativity . Key Responsibilities: Edit a variety of long-format videos (films, documentaries, brand stories) and short-format content (social media videos, reels, teasers, promos). Collaborate closely with our creative director to bring narrative intent and emotional nuance to the final cut. Design and integrate motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or equivalent tools to enhance storytelling impact. Perform colour correction and colour grading using any professional software (DaVinci Resolve preferred). Work with AI and generative tools to accelerate workflows and elevate creative possibilities. Maintain organised project files and adhere to delivery schedules with attention to detail and consistency. Stay current with emerging editing techniques, trends, and tools in both traditional and AI-driven post-production. Skills and Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in video editing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects and at least one colour grading software (DaVinci Resolve preferred). Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design and visual rhythm . Ability to handle both creative edits and technical post-production tasks independently. Knowledge or willingness to learn about AI video tools, generative platforms , and automated editing workflows. Strong aesthetic sense with an ability to interpret and enhance a creative brief. We're looking for someone who can build beautiful, functional websites without touching a single line of code. You'll work across: Shopify - Theme customization, plugin management, e-commerce setup, and marketing integrations Framer - Dynamic sites with parallax, animation, and design-driven motion Wix - Polished, responsive websites that feel intentional and brand-aligned WordPress - Basic understanding preferred You should have: A strong eye for design and understanding of how good Ul translates into great UX. Experience with marketing integrations, basic SEO setup, and platform hygiene across all builds. Comfort working closely with our design team and external code-based developers when needed. Solid understanding of themes, plugins, and integrations across no-code platforms. Excellent communication skills - English fluency is a must. Confidence to occasionally interface with clients directly. We don't care how many years you've been doing this.
