Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content, managing multiple social media platforms, and growing our digital presence. Candidates who are active on their own social media profiles will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and effects for better engagement
• Repurpose long-form content into short, viral clips
• Manage daily posting and engagement across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Monitor performance analytics and suggest improvements
• Create and manage content calendars
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and launches
• Stay updated with current trends and platform algorithms

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience psychology
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Telugu (other languages are a bonus)
• Strong sense of storytelling and pacing
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)

Preferred:

• Active personal social media account with content samples
• Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and content marketing
• Experience in basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Previous work with influencers or brands
