Role Description

Video Editor Intern

The internship will involve editing short-form and long-form content, arranging footage, adding transitions, text overlays, graphics, and ensuring content aligns with the brand’s identity and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, polished content for social media, presentations, and marketing.
• Add text overlays, transitions, background music, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with the team to understand content goals and deliver creative ideas.
• Organise media files and maintain structured project folders.
• Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips).
• Ensure consistency with brand style and messaging.
• Support creative storytelling and visual communication initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Desktop).
• A creative eye for pacing, transitions, and storytelling.
• Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication skills and willingness to take feedback constructively.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Interest in content creation, marketing, or digital storytelling.
• Final-year students or recent graduates preferred.

A portfolio or sample work (even student projects or personal edits) is highly encouraged.
