Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects.
  
• Use AI tools for video enhancement, upscaling, noise reduction, subtitles, and automation workflows.
  
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
  
• Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, tone, and visual style.
  
• Manage and organize project files, footage, and final outputs.
  
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, tools, and AI innovations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 months of hands-on experience in video editing (internship/freelance experience acceptable).
  
• Proficiency in editing tools like

  Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve

  , etc.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of

  AI tools

  like

  RunwayML, Descript, CapCut AI features, Topaz, Pika, ElevenLabs

  , etc.
• Strong understanding of transitions, pacing, sound sync, and visual storytelling.
  
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  

Good to Have

• Motion graphics basics (After Effects).
  
• Experience with reels/short-form video editing.
  
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
