Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for video content.
• Storyboard and plan the flow of video content to ensure a cohesive and engaging story.
• Select and edit music, sound effects, and visuals to enhance the overall quality of the videos.
• Optimize videos for social media platforms, considering factors such as aspect ratio, video length, and file size.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing and social media content creation. The ideal candidate should have creativity, street-smart thinking, and a hunger to push boundaries, constantly experimenting with fresh video ideas.
• Proven experience in editing Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram), including trendy formats, sharp cuts, on-screen text, graphic motions, transitions, and platform-optimized edits.
• Ensure all videos are consistent with the brand’s style, tone, and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of video content.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of video content on social media platforms and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  A bachelor's degree in film studies, broadcasting, communications, or a related field preferred

• Experience:

  2 - 4 years proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the beauty, luxury, skincare or products industry.

• Communication:

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the brand

• Passion

  for skincare, beauty, and wellness.

Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software’s 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements
• Excellent storytelling skills and creative thinking
• Excellent audio editing skills, including mixing and sound design
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
