About the job


Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor who truly understands digital-first storytelling. Someone who knows how to create videos that make people pause, watch till the end, share, save and remember. You should be skilled at transforming ideas into polished, high-quality videos using modern editing techniques, creative transitions, strong narrative flow, and platform-native styles.

You stay updated with trends, understand what works on social media, and use new-age tools—including AI—to edit smarter and faster. If you combine technical excellence with creative intuition, this role is a great fit.

Your Mission

  • Create videos that are visually compelling, platform-appropriate and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Elevate concepts by adding your own creative vision, storytelling ability and attention to detail.
  • Ensure every edit—whether short-form, long-form, promotional or brand-led—works smoothly, looks sharp and feels engaging.
  • Partner with creative teams to bring ideas to life through strong execution.
  • Use AI-driven tools and modern plugins to speed up workflows without compromising quality.
  • Bring consistency, creativity and clarity to the brand’s visual output.

What you will do

  • Edit and deliver high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, ads and brand communication.
  • Work closely with creative teams to understand concepts, moodboards and references.
  • Handle raw footage, audio clean-up, colour grading, motion graphics and final exports.
  • Create platform-native content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn and other formats.
  • Stay updated with editing trends, transitions, effects, storytelling styles and new editing technologies.
  • Use AI tools (for rough cuts, subtitles, object removal, sound enhancements, etc.) to improve speed and output.
  • Manage project files, maintain backups and ensure organised workflow systems.
  • Deliver videos on time while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on video editing experience.
  • Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects and relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-based editing tools, automated workflows and the latest plugins.
  • Strong sense of pacing, transitions, audio syncing, colour correction and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to think creatively while aligning with brand guidelines.
  • A strong portfolio that clearly shows digital-first video editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating smoothly with creative teams.
  • An organised, detail-oriented mindset with a continuous drive to improve.
