Job Description

Job Title: Video Editor – Social Media & Ad Content Location: 1st Floor, Metro Station, Sector 142, Noida (On-site role) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays off) About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and driven Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must have a strong aesthetic sense, fast editing capabilities, and a deep understanding of social media content formats, especially short-form video ads and reels. You should be well-versed with the Adobe Creative Suite, understand marketing psychology, and be able to create content that captures attention and drives engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesEdit engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.) Develop and execute creative visual strategies for ad campaigns. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand briefs and brand guidelines. Research industry trends, audience behavior, and relevant visual references to ensure content stays modern and on-brand. Work with graphic designers to integrate visuals, motion graphics, and sound for polished output. Utilize visual hooks, trending formats, and platform-specific best practices. Maintain version control, organize files, and ensure timely delivery of edits. Track and report basic performance metrics of content. Manage and maintain data and backup of edited work. Required Skills & ToolsProficiency in Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (minimum) Strong knowledge of sound editing, transitions, and visual effects Understanding of social media platforms, audience dynamics, content hooks, and trends Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail Ability to adapt to different brand voices and storytelling styles Fast turnaround time with high-quality output Basic knowledge of color grading and audio sync is a plus Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Media, Film, Animation, Communication, or related field (not mandatory if the portfolio is strong) 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a marketing agency or D2C brand Portfolio of relevant work including social media videos, ad edits, and reels (mandatory for application) What We’re Looking ForA creative mindset and willingness to push boundaries Excellent time management and communication skills Team player with a proactive attitude and ownership mindset Strong research ability for content references and visual trends PerksOpportunity to work on diverse brands and campaigns Creative freedom and a fast-paced learning environment Young, vibrant team with growth opportunities
