Junior Visualizer (Editor + Motion)

What you'll do:

• Edit reels, shorts, and campaign videos that people actually want to rewatch.
• Work closely with other

  Visualizers and Strategists

  to craft narrative-driven content.
• Add motion graphics and snappy transitions where needed (and know when not to).
• Stay on top of editing + cultural trends, and remix them in fresh ways.
• Help with BTS, campaign captures, and documenting the vibe of Almost Famous.

What you'll need:

• Premiere Pro = your ride-or-die.

• Comfort with

  After Effects

  (bonus if you’ve already explored it, mandatory to learn here).
• Strong storytelling instincts — pacing, rhythm, and knowing when to cut.
• A reel/portfolio that shows

  craft + culture relevance.

What we don't care about:

• Whether you studied film in college.

What matters:

• 🔥 Will to create things that slap, not just fill timelines.
• 🧠 Ability to work with a team, not in silos.
• 🚀 Ambition that makes you restless till you level up.
