About the Role We’re a fast‑growing digital‑first agency looking for a sharp Video Editing Intern who can own the end‑to‑end post‑production of our clients’ short‑form content and pitch in on shoots. If you’re comfortable juggling edits, talking to clients, and rolling with a camera on location, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Daily Post‑Production Edit 3‑4 client videos per day (reels, shorts, ads) in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve. Perform colour correction, sound balancing, subtitle/caption insertion, basic motion graphics & template tweaks. Export platform‑optimised versions (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.) and meet same‑day deadlines. Client & Team Liaison Join client calls to gather briefs, present drafts, and note revision requests. Maintain clear status updates in ClickUp/Slack and coordinate assets with designers & copywriters. Pick up ad‑hoc creative tasks—thumbnail creation, reel ideation, asset housekeeping. On‑Site Production Support (approx. 4‑6 days per month) Assist senior videographer on shoots (camera, lighting, audio setup). Capture BTS footage and handle quick edits or data backups on‑set. Must‑Have Skills & Tools Solid grip on Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and basic After Effects templates. Understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and social‑media best practices. Good spoken English/Hindi for client interaction. Basic camera handling knowledge (DSLR/Mirrorless). Nice‑to‑Have Canva / Photoshop for thumbnails. Interest in motion graphics or sound design. Previous internship/portfolio of reels or short ads. What You’ll Get Real client exposure and ownership of daily deliverables. Mentorship from senior editors and marketers.
