The Role

video-first creative (70% video / 30% design)

Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Ideogram, Flux Kontext, Figma, After Effects etc

high-performing TikToks, Reels, Shorts, statics, and App Store assets

A Glimpse Of What You’ll Do

• Create 15 TikToks/week (with thumbnails) and 15 statics/week, plus ad hoc product visuals
• Use AI tools for concepting and production, finalize in pro software (AE/Photoshop)
• Maintain a prompt + workflow library so work is reproducible
• Collaborate with growth and content teams to test hooks and iterate based on data
• Stay aligned with brand voice: authentic emotions, meet-cutes, long-term connections
  

What Success Looks Like

• Weekly quota hit with ≥95% on-time delivery
• ≥1% CTR on new ads
• 20+ reusable AI workflows documented
• Contribute to lifting App Store CVR
  

What We’re Looking For

• Portfolio with AI → edit pipelines (prompts, workflows, final assets)
• Motion/video editing expertise (pacing, captions, text design)
• Design fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy
• Comfort shipping at speed, iterating from performance data
