Video Conferencing (VC) Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented VC Engineer to handle the end-to-end design, installation, and maintenance of video conferencing systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in VC integration, pre-sales support, and BOQ designing for corporate AV projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys and assist the sales/pre-sales team in understanding client requirements.
• Design and propose video conferencing solutions, including preparing BOQs and system layouts.
• Install, configure, and test VC systems such as Logitech, Poly, Cisco, and Yealink.
• Integrate VC solutions with displays, audio processors, control systems, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and post-deployment.
• Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and ensure smooth system functionality.
• Provide user training and technical support for VC operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in VC installation, AV integration, or technical support.
• Knowledge of VC platforms (Zoom Rooms, MS Teams, Cisco, etc.) and AV signal flow.
• Understanding of BOQ preparation, cabling, and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and client communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installations and support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
