This role focuses on academic excellence, student discipline, staff supervision, and the implementation of school policies to ensure a safe, effective, and positive learning environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic LeadershipAssist in planning, implementing, and monitoring the school’s academic programs Support curriculum development and instructional improvement Monitor student performance and coordinate academic interventions Supervise examinations, assessments, and academic reporting Student ManagementOversee student discipline and behavior management Promote a positive school culture and student well-being Address student and parent concerns professionally Support attendance tracking and student welfare initiatives Staff SupervisionAssist in supervising, mentoring, and evaluating teaching and non-teaching staff Support professional development programs for teachers Help coordinate staff schedules and duties Administrative DutiesAssist the Principal in daily school operations Help enforce school policies, rules, and regulations Coordinate school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities Step in for the Principal when absent Communication & Community RelationsCommunicate effectively with parents, staff, and students Support parent-teacher meetings and school committees Represent the school in meetings or events when required
