Job Description -

●Commissioning research from outside organizations to inform advertising strategies.

● Familiarizing yourself with your team, building a friendly and professional rapport with them

● Understanding their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses.

●Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy so that they can develop creative ideas applicable to the media channels that will promote the idea most effectively.

●To be a strategic critical thinker and researcher who is more in tune with the consumer than the client.

● Have contributed to a significant increase in Vantage scores from a key client

● Drive the strategic direction of each campaign, and ensures the creative work not only fits the brand but is also strategically focused.

● Managing a team of account managers and overseeing their day to day management.

● Creating an account strategy to drive sales across the business.

● Monitoring client satisfaction post sale and ensuring a high level of customer service internally. What you will need -

● Excellent research and analytical thinking skills.

● Creative and able to work around problems.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Good memory for facts and figures.

● Be able to work to deadlines.

● 8+ years of work experience in the same industry.

● Minimum qualification - Graduate.

● Preferably have a post graduation or specialization in the same field.
