Description

The Vice President, Supply Chain Finance, Anchor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the supply chain department in India. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive financial performance and support the company's supply chain objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the financial aspects of the supply chain operations to maximize profitability.
Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve operational performance.
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain financial objectives are met.
Identify and mitigate financial risks within the supply chain process.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for supply chain projects.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8-10 years of experience in supply chain finance or related roles.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
