Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing regulatory reporting processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Leading a team, you will produce accurate and timely reports, enhance understanding of regulatory requirements, and implement strategic initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in: - Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of regulatory reporting processes. - Collaborating with Finance, IT, and Compliance departments to ensure seamless integration of reporting systems. - Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and updating reporting practices accordingly. - Providing guidance and support to resolve complex reporting issues. - Maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies and ensuring effective communication. - Conducting regular reviews and audits of reporting processes to identify areas for improvement. - Ensuring the team is well-trained and equipped with necessary skills for effective performance. Desired skills may include: - Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or similar. - Experience with data management and reporting systems. - Knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting techniques. Key assessment areas may include risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology skills, and job-specific technical skills. This role will be based in Noida. As Vice President, you will manage the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate, reliable financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. - Identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks. - Development and maintenance of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial data. - Implementation of financial policies and procedures for consistent practices. - Management of financial systems and software applications. - Preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory reports. - Coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities. If the role includes leadership responsibilities, you are expected to contribute to strategy, manage resources and policies, deliver continuous improvements, and demonstrate leadership behaviours. For individual contributors, you will be a subject matter expert guiding technical direction and leading collaborative assignments. You will advise stakeholders, manage risks, demonstrate leadership, and collaborate with other areas for business support.
