We are currently looking for a Vice President, Senior Frontend Developer in India.In this role, you will lead the development of intuitive, high-performance web and mobile applications, shaping the front-end architecture and delivering seamless user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and accessible solutions. Accountabilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of responsive, user-centric web and mobile interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as React and React Native
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement technical solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility of front-end applications
- Conduct code reviews, implement testing strategies, and enforce best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and technical excellence
- Stay current with emerging trends in front-end development and fintech to recommend innovative solutions
- Drive architectural decisions at the project and team level, balancing technical, product, and user needs
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in front-end development for web and mobile applications, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in modern frameworks, particularly React and React Native, with strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-informed technical decisions
- Experience in fintech or financial software is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
