We are seeking an accomplished leader to join our team as VP - Automotive Embedded Solutions in Coimbatore. This strategic role requires expertise in business development, sales, and commercial strategy, along with a deep understanding of automotive embedded systems. Profile Requirements: - Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or Instrumentation. - 15+ years of experience in the automotive industry with a focus on commercial functions. - Expertise in Driver Information Systems, Infotainment, and ADAS. - Proven track record in engaging with Tier 1 & OEM clients, managing RFQs, and driving business acquisitions. - Demonstrated success in business development, sales, and contract negotiations. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Core Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing efficiency, minimizing costs, and driving innovation. - Lead commercial initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. - Manage budgets, assess ROI, and forecast resource needs for strategic initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth. - Oversee RFQ processes, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to achieve business objectives. - Utilize market insights to refine strategies and align solutions with customer needs. - Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that promotes innovation and accountability.
