About the Role

Vice President – Sales & Marketing

leadership role


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Design and execute sales strategies across residential and commercial verticals.
  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

🔹 Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team with accountability and goal ownership.
  • Implement performance metrics, training programs, and motivational systems.

🔹 Channel & CRM Excellence

  • Build and manage strong channel partner, broker, and affiliate networks.
  • Ensure seamless client journeys and drive referral-based business.

🔹 Market Intelligence & Growth

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  • Recommend refinements in product positioning, pricing, and campaigns.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Projects, and Legal teams.
  • Present sales metrics, forecasts, and strategy updates to senior leadership.


Must-Haves

20+ years of overall experience
