Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The VP will oversee daily operations in sales and marketing, develop and implement strategic plans, manage sales teams, and drive business development efforts. The role involves leading account management, ensuring sales targets are met, and optimizing sales operations to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

Should have more than 15 years of

• experience in Sales Management, Sales, and Sales Operations of Dairy industry.
• Expertise in Account Management and Business Development
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
