Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Vice President of Sales Marketing. The position is hybrid, based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. The VP of Sales Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales strategies, account management, sales operations, sales management, and business development activities. The role involves developing and implementing sales plans, managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's market presence and customer satisfaction is also a key responsibility.

• Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Proven ability in Business Development and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the IT Software or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
