Regional Sales Head – Dairy & Yogurt | Mumbai

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven sales leader to scale our presence across Maharashtra and drive exceptional growth.

📍 Location: Mumbai

📊 Experience: 10+ years in FMCG sales (minimum 3 years in dairy/yogurt or allied categories)

🔹 Key Mandate:

As Regional Sales Head, you will:

Design and execute robust sales strategies across Modern Trade, General Trade, and Institutional channels.

Lead and inspire a high-performance sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.

Drive market expansion and enhance brand visibility in key territories.

Forge strong partnerships with key accounts and distribution networks.

Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to guide business decisions.

🔹 Ideal Profile:

✅ Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth in FMCG (dairy/yogurt highly preferred).

✅ Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Well-versed in the Maharashtra retail landscape with an extensive network.

✅ MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred) with excellent analytical and execution capabilities.
