Job Description

EXL is currently hiring for the position of Vice President - Quality Process Excellence (P&C Vertical).

The ideal candidate should possess over 18 years of experience in Quality Process Excellence, specifically within the P&C Insurance domain in a BPO environment

Must hold Black Belt certification or trained, in dashboarding tools like AI, ML etc.

Role Overview:

Will manage operations across India, Philippines, and South Africa.
Direct Reporting: 4-5
Responsibilities: Client management, stakeholder management, RFPs, escalations (client-facing & stakeholder-facing).
Strong expertise in P&C domain, well- versed with process improvement, AI&GEN AI
Six Sigma black belt certified or trained
Client Management - US/UK
Willingness to travel across locations
Shift: Starts at 2/3 PM IST.
