Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi for the position of Vice President Operations. The Vice President Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the profit and loss statements, ensuring exceptional customer service, strategic planning, and executing project management initiatives. The role will involve leading operational strategies to improve efficiency and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Operations Management and P&L Management skills
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Strategic Planning
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Prior experience in a senior operations role within the logistics or cash management industry is a plus
