Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Noida. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing business strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting branch growth and profitability. The role will also involve coordinating with the headquarters on key initiatives and reporting on branch performance.

  • Operational Management and Compliance knowledge
  • Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
