Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thrissur for the position of Assistant Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, supervising staff, coordinating customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The role involves managing finances, assessing loan applications, and providing leadership to drive the team's performance and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in team management, leadership, and staff supervision
• Proficiency in customer service, client relationship management, and addressing customer inquiries
• Experience in financial services, loan processing, and operational efficiency in a branch setting
• Competency with financial tools, basic accounting principles, and compliance regulations
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, organizational abilities, and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and interaction with staff and clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is preferred
