Role Overview: As an Assistant Branch Manager at Kannattu Fingold Finance Pvt Ltd in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role in supporting branch operations, driving business targets, and ensuring superior customer service. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the NBFC/Financial Services industry, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our fast-growing Non-Banking Financial Company. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations. - Achieve sales and collection targets through effective business development. - Supervise and guide the branch team for improved performance and productivity. - Handle customer interactions, address queries, and resolve complaints professionally. - Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, company policies, and audit standards. - Assist in loan processing, customer verification, and credit evaluation. - Monitor overdue accounts and support recovery efforts to control NPAs. - Prepare and maintain branch reports and MIS documentation. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in an NBFC, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. - Strong understanding of loan products such as gold loans, personal loans, and business loans. - Excellent leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills. - Good knowledge of credit and risk management practices. - Proficiency in MS Office and branch management systems. - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
