We’re SIS-Prosegur, India’s fastest growing Cash Logistics and Management Company with nine dedicated business lines. We specialize in providing comprehensive cash logistics and management solutions aimed at meeting the needs of both Financial and Non-Financial Institutions.

Role Description

This is a contractual on-site role for a Tripsheet Executive located in Guwahati. The Tripsheet Executive will be responsible for preparing and maintaining detailed trip sheets for cash logistics crew attendance for the payroll team by coordinating with drivers and operational staff, tracking vehicle movements, and ensuring compliance and operational crew attandances. The role involves accurate data entry, reporting any discrepancies, and ensuring punching of 100% attendance of the deployed workforce

Qualifications

Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and operational staff
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Understanding compliance requirements
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and reports
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in advance MS excel is supportive
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
