Vice President Operations

As the Vice President of Operations at MedBix, a medical tourism venture of Hind Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow, you will play a crucial role in leading the operational strategy, execution, and growth of this innovative company. Your responsibilities will include building patient acquisition funnels, overseeing end-to-end patient experiences, and managing hospital partnerships to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centric care. Your key responsibilities will involve designing and executing effective patient acquisition and conversion funnels for international medical tourists. You will also be responsible for overseeing digital marketing initiatives, implementing CRM tools, and analyzing funnel performance to optimize for increased inquiries, bookings, and retention. In addition, you will need to map, standardize, and continuously improve the entire patient journey, ensuring clear communication and personal assistance at every touchpoint. Coordinating travel, accommodation, and medical logistics for international patients, as well as collecting and acting on patient feedback to drive service excellence, will be essential parts of your role. Identifying, negotiating, and formalizing partnerships with leading hospitals, collaborating with partner hospitals to develop tailored treatment packages, and ensuring compliance and quality standards will be crucial in managing hospital partnerships. You will also lead and mentor cross-functional teams, uphold quality and regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement across all patient service touchpoints. To qualify for this role, you must have senior operational leadership experience in medical tourism, healthcare, or hospitality. Proficiency in digital marketing funnels, CRM, and analytics, as well as expertise in customer or patient journey mapping and service design, are necessary. Strong negotiation skills, excellent multicultural communication abilities, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally are also required. A Masters degree in Healthcare or Business is a must for this position. The compensation for this role will be based on your past experience and industry standards.,
