Job Description

Role Overview

**We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period, location New Delhi

VP of Product Management

Key Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and execution from 0 → 1 and 1 → scale.
Define, prioritize, and deliver product features with a strong focus on API-first products.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams using Figma to craft intuitive, scalable experiences.
Build products around payment rails such as
UPI, NACH, IMPS, RTGS, NEFT
, and custom workflow engines.
Work with cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, Compliance, Sales) to ship reliable fintech solutions.
Translate complex requirements into clear PRDs, user stories, and wireframes.
Drive GTM (Go-to-Market) and adoption strategy for new features/products.

Requirements

5–7 years of total experience with at least
3+ years in product leadership
roles.
Strong understanding of
fintech products
, digital payments, UPI, NACH, API ecosystems, and banking workflows.
Proven experience in
building products from scratch
(0 → 1).
Hands-on with tools like
Figma, Postman, Jira, Confluence
.
Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
Startup mindset with a bias for execution and iteration.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Nice to Have

Experience working with regulatory tech (RBI mandates, KYC, audit trails).
Exposure to escrow, lending, or enterprise banking APIs.
Prior experience scaling products post-PMF.
