Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, pitch customized solutions, and ensure seamless onboarding and servicing. Revenue Growth: Develop strategic plans to increase average retainer value, unlock upsell/cross-sell potential, and consistently exceed revenue targets. Strategic Pitches: Lead high-priority pitches and proposal development for marquee clients across industries like BFSI, Auto, FMCG, Lifestyle, and more. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to inform growth strategies.
