RxGPT seeks a dynamic and well-connected Vice President of Fundraising & VC Connections to lead our capital-raising efforts and cultivate meaningful partnerships with venture capitalists, investors, and strategic stakeholders. This executive role is responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing investor relations, and securing capital to fuel rapid growth and drive innovation.

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with RxGPT’s growth objectives and capital requirements.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, private equity, and other funding sources.
• Lead outreach and negotiation efforts with prospective and current investors to secure funding rounds.
• Serve as the primary liaison between RxGPT and its investors, ensuring transparent communication and timely reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to align business strategy with fundraising priorities.
• Identify new funding opportunities, including grants, strategic partnerships, and alternative financing sources.
• Represent RxGPT at industry events, investor forums, and networks to enhance visibility and credibility.
• Drive investor presentations, pitch development, and due diligence processes with the support of relevant teams.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of proven senior leadership experience in fundraising, venture capital relations, or corporate development, preferably in technology, healthcare, or AI sectors.
• Established and wide network of venture capitalists, angel investors, and funding bodies relevant to healthcare tech startups.
• Demonstrated success in securing multiple rounds of funding and managing complex investor relationships.
• Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to present compelling business cases.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups and familiarity with fundraising best practices.
  

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $180,000 to $250,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives tied to successful fundraising milestones.
