Job Description

As a Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the Global Product Management team to shape the product strategy and ensure alignment with commercial objectives. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Engineering team to establish the long-term technical vision for the products and ensuring efficient development execution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a group of Product Managers and Designers throughout the product development lifecycle - Prioritize roadmap and development efforts to align with the product strategy - Guide major product investment decisions - Represent progress against product goals and development to business leaders and key stakeholders - Manage the design and execution of user research, including customer interviews, to deepen understanding of customers" pain points, motivations, and opportunities - Develop data/technology architecture for the products in collaboration with engineering/technology teams - Oversee timely and high-quality execution of technical requirements - Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals - Mentor, develop, and foster the skills and career path for a team of product managers - Demonstrate end-to-end ownership over product launches to deliver user and business value - Lead efforts to shape product management processes and foster an agile, user-focused, product-led culture Qualifications Required: - Experience with APIs and AI is highly preferred - Proven ability to define and execute bold, forward-looking product strategies - Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams - Excellent communication skills - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities - Experience managing and motivating a high-performing team with business and technical skill sets - Knowledge and skills in using product management tools such as project management tools and JIRA - Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science engineering) is required, with an advanced degree being a plus This is an exciting opportunity to lead product management efforts and drive product transformation within our company.,
