Your main focus will be to develop and implement a technical vision and strategy that aligns with our business goals and market position. You will lead engineering teams through complex technical challenges, ensuring that high standards of excellence are maintained at all times. Establishing engineering processes, metrics, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and innovation will be a key part of your role. Effective management of department budgets, resource allocation, and capacity planning will also fall under your purview. You will be expected to build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams through recruitment, coaching, and professional development initiatives. Additionally, driving technology modernization and continuous improvement initiatives will be crucial in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of progressive engineering experience and a strong technical background with hands-on experience in Site engineering activities. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be required to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required for this role. Experience in leading geographically distributed engineering teams, a strong understanding of agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software architecture will be advantageous.,

You will partner closely with other members of the Global Product Management team to inform the product strategy and ensure that product priorities are aligned with commercial objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Engineering team to shape the long-term technical vision for the products and ensure efficient development execution. Your role will involve managing a group of Product Managers and Designers through the product development lifecycle, prioritizing roadmap and development efforts to align with the product strategy, and guiding major product investment decisions. You will represent progress against product goals and development to business leaders and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the design and execution of user research, including customer interviews, to deepen the team's understanding of customers" pain points, motivations, and opportunities. You will partner with the business Product Management function to set and achieve a product vision and ensure consistent alignment between business priorities and development objectives. Collaborating with the engineering/technology teams, you will develop the data/technology architecture for the products and oversee timely and high-quality execution of technical requirements. Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals is crucial, along with mentoring, developing, and fostering the skills and career path for a team of product managers. Demonstrating end-to-end ownership over product launches to ensure the delivery of user and business value is key. You will lead efforts to shape product management processes and foster an agile, user-focused, product-led culture. Experience with APIs and AI is highly preferred for this role. You should have a proven ability to define and execute bold, forward-looking product strategies that drive product transformation. Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams, balancing visionary thinking with disciplined execution, and exceptional communication skills are essential. You should be highly organized, able to manage multiple competing priorities, and have experience managing and motivating a high-performing team with business and technical skill sets. Knowledge and skills in using product management tools such as project management tools and JIRA are important. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science engineering) is required, with an advanced degree being a plus.,
