Job Description

Role Overview: As a Product Management Director, you will collaborate closely with the Global Product Management team to shape the product strategy and ensure alignment with commercial objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of Product Managers and Designers through the product development lifecycle, prioritizing roadmap and development efforts to support the product strategy. You will play a crucial role in guiding major product investment decisions and representing progress against product goals to business leaders and key stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee the design and execution of user research to enhance the team's understanding of customers" needs and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a group of Product Managers and Designers, prioritizing roadmap and development efforts - Guide major product investment decisions and represent progress against product goals to business leaders - Manage the design and execution of user research to deepen understanding of customers" pain points and motivations - Collaborate with engineering/technology teams to develop data/technology architecture for products - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals - Lead efforts to shape product management processes and foster a user-focused, product-led culture - Demonstrate end-to-end ownership over product launches to deliver user and business value Qualifications Required: - Experience with APIs and AI is highly preferred - Proven ability to define and execute bold, forward-looking product strategies - Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams - Excellent communication skills - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams with business and technical skill sets - Knowledge and skills in using product management tools such as project management tools and JIRA - Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science engineering) required, advanced degree a plus,
