Job Description

The Vice President and the team will work closely with global tax leads across various jurisdictions, and Oaktree s external tax advisors, in managing operational U S investor tax withholding for Oaktree s funds
The core responsibilities include:

Managing the end-to-end investor tax form validation process, including new investor form validation, resolicitation, remediation, and ad-hoc change of circumstance up ;
Ensuring the smooth operation of investor withholding tax as applicable to investor distributions, including managing the external relationships with, and deliverables to, Oaktree s fund custodian banks; Support the broader Oaktree tax and investor facing teams on investor withholding tax communications, including regular distribution related investor communications, investor form related communications, and responding to ad-hoc investor withholding tax queries; and Lead and support the use and development of technology platforms as applicable to investor tax withholding, including the management of investor tax information via Oaktree s internal Salesforce platform
