Risk Management & Financial Health Monitoring:

Closely monitor financial indicators to identify early warning signs of stress.
Highlight potential financial risks and corrective actions in advance.
Support management in crisis prevention through structured financial planning.

Outcome of CFO Engagement:

Improved financial visibility and control.
Stronger cash flow discipline.
Clear growth roadmap.
Early identification of financial risks.
Reduced chances of financial crisis.

Financial Strategy & Business Advisory:

Act as a strategic financial partner to management and promoters.
Analyze monthly financial data to assess business performance.
Identify growth opportunities, cost leakages, and financial stop points that may hinder expansion.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen profitability and cash flow.
Advise management on financial planning to prevent financial stress or crisis situations.

Financial Reporting & MIS:

Assist in the development, implementation, and improvement of financial reporting procedures.

Experience:
