Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 5 + years of equity research experience to lead sector/company coverage, deliver actionable insights, and support investment strategies. The VP will be responsible for financial modeling, valuation analyses, research publications, and engaging with senior stakeholders and clients, while also mentoring junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research coverage and provide investment recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models; conduct DCF, comparables, and transaction analyses.
• Track macroeconomic, sector, and company developments.
• Publish and present research reports and thematic insights.
• Collaborate with the investment team and mentor analysts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent with 5–8 years in equity research or investment banking.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and sector analysis.
• Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg/Reuters/MS Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership and client engagement skills.
