Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems and APIs. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, or Go. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement database schemas and optimize database performance. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and best practices. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and development environments. Implement security measures to protect data and prevent unauthorized access. Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and trends. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of our backend systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of experience in backend development. Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go). Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, code review, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
