Years of experience needed –

  • Over 18+ years of experience in engagement leadership capacity managing engagements with onsite, offshore, and near-shore delivery models for a portfolio of >100+ FTE's
  • Ability to combine functional and technical skills, modern delivery practices to ensure desired outcomes for customers in terms of quality, schedule, and budgets.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies, identification, and implementation of continuous improvement programs.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with customers, work effectively to lead and be part of a virtual and dispersed team, and ensure delivery milestones.
  • Exceptional people management skills, bringing teams together, identifying, and nurturing talent.
  • Creating solutions, coordinating the preparation of proposals with technology and domain SMEs


Technical Skills:

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee portfolio from project delivery, sourcing, and financial perspectives, ensuring robust governance and improved efficiencies.
  • Focus on customer relationships and engagement to ensure a great customer experience, providing solutions leveraging technology.
  • Ensure delivery commitments by working closely with teams across Organization and the customer, including product owners and architects, to define delivery plans, estimates, and risk management.
  • Manage and monitor status reporting, tracking deliverables, issue and risk management, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
  • Ensure program/project managers meet established schedules, help resolve technical and operational issues, and accomplish delivery goals towards contract commitments.
  • People care, including training, performance oversight, performance feedback, assessments, performance improvement planning, and oversight.
  • Work closely with the client’s IT and business teams, align to strategy, and work with internal teams to develop a roadmap that aligns with strategy and delivers results.
