Vice President, Data Quality Analytics and Reporting Lead Analyst

As a Vice President, Data Quality Analytics and Reporting Lead Analyst at Citi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Data Quality Assurance and adherence to Citi Data Governance Policies for the controllers financial systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and participating in necessary forums for end-to-end management of controllers financial systems quality controls. - Supporting controllers owned financial systems on matters related to Data Quality, Business Application Controls, and Data Certification. - Managing discussions, designing Quality Assurance Controls, and recommending implementation. - Reviewing, analyzing, and communicating DQ Rules/Scorecards results. - Establishing DQ thresholds for notification triggers and data remediation. - Identifying risks with clear mitigation strategies. - Reviewing, adjusting, and adding Data Quality Rules based on controllers inputs. - Implementing lessons learned/best practices to improve the quality of implemented controls. - Creating and adhering to team controls, processes, and framework. - Strengthening controls by showing transparency of the Balance Sheet. - Operating with limited supervision and acting as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and team members. - Handling ad-hoc projects/requests, assessing risks, and driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Qualifications required for this role: - 6 to 10 years of experience in finance systems. - Experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, Business Application Ownership, QA/UAT testing, or Systems Operations. - Proficiency in tools used for Data Governance, Data Quality, and Lineage. - Strong skills in requirements writing, process/system studies, task prioritization, risk identification, with a focus on data areas. - Familiarity with business tools like JIRA, ALM HPQC, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office. - Experience with large scale enterprise applications and application management. - Knowledge of Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall Methodologies for Change Management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation abilities, stakeholder relationship building, influencing, negotiation, and working with diverse, geographically dispersed teams. - Technical authority in a specific business area. - Ability to plan, manage time effectively, arrive at sound conclusions in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, PTS.
