Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the Vice President of AI Solutioning at a global experience company, leading the design, development, and commercialization of AI-driven solutions for the contact center business. Your role will involve defining the AI solution roadmap, ensuring ROI-driven delivery, and shaping intellectual property assets through a buildpartner approach. As a client-facing executive leader, you will strategize solution approaches, develop pricing models, and drive the adoption of emerging technologies to transform operations and create long-term value for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the AI/GenAI solutioning strategy for the contact center value chain, covering recruitment, training, agent assist, quality, analytics, workforce management, and customer engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, AI-native solutions aligned with client objectives and business outcomes. - Manage the AI product and capability roadmap, identifying opportunities for modular, reusable assets to enhance speed-to-value. - Ensure all solutions have clear ROI metrics and track business impact post-implementation. - Act as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and senior client stakeholders, presenting AI transformation opportunities and highlighting differentiated value. - Design pricing models and commercial structures for AI/GenAI solutions, working closely with sales and finance teams to shape go-to-market strategies. - Evaluate and integrate emerging AI/GenAI capabilities into the solution suite, leading the decision framework on proprietary IP development versus third-party integration. - Collaborate with operations, IT, and transformation teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of AI solutions, driving measurable impact on various operational aspects. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Experience: 15+ years of overall experience in outsourcing, BPO, or the Customer Experience industry, with a focus on client-facing roles and AI/GenAI solutioning. - Expertise in commercials and pricing models, with a proven track record of building and presenting executive-level solution proposals with measurable outcomes.
