Job Description

Act as an owner of analytics data supported by Aladdin Data platform Aspire to grow & improve the analytics data assets and increase their commercial value
Lead the build-out of end-to-end data & analytics solutions for client needs
Work with analytics experts and researchers to help craft the delivery pipeline including change management, attribution & pattern recognition
Build and deliver technical analyses to help better understand the client usages patterns and how our offering can be applied to their business problems
Build end-to-end pipelines/PoC s for analytics governance & the change management across analytics estate partnering with various analytics stakeholders to ensure analytics integrity
Building GenAI-powered agents and workflows using state-of-the-art LLMs and orchestration frameworks
Understanding of risk models across asset classes, securities & portfolios and other levers impacting the analytical outcomes
Develop analytics attribution framework by utilizing data science & AI/ML techniques advancing analytics governance practices
Mentor and train junior analysts as they build expertise and gain exposure

Experience :

Candidates must have a proven history of addressing challenging real-world issues in investment and risk management sectors The individual will be required to utilize their advanced technical and quantitative abilities to build tech & AI based solution aimed at enhancing the analytics estate, scale & client experience

8+ years of experience in the financial services industry in a Data Analytics/Data Science oriented role with knowledge of risk & investment workflows & products
Proven track record of working with financial markets, investment and risk analytics, quant/data engineering & technology functions
Proven track record to build GenAI powered Agents to solve financial domain problems, and strong expertise in customizing and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific tasks and performance optimization
Proven track to use Agentic-AI & AI tools in technology build process & solution build process for faster iterations & productivity gains
Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, with strong communication skills and project management ability
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
