About the Client:

Our client is a multi-specialty hospital group with 12 hospitals, 2,250+ beds, and operations spread across major South Indian cities. The organization is now building a centralized distribution, retail pharma, and supply chain excellence function to optimize procurement, compliance, and operational efficiency across all locations.

Key Mandate of the Role:

• Lead central pharmaceutical distribution strategy and operations
• Drive efficiencies across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and retail pharmacy
• Ensure seamless supply across multiple hospital branches
• Oversee inventory control, demand planning, and compliance
• Build scalable systems, MIS monitoring, and profit optimization strategies
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing supply chain workforce

Ideal Profile:

• 15–18 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution / hospital supply chain
• Strong expertise in procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and retail pharmacy
• Proven experience leading teams and multi-location operations
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
