Job Role & Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
· Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors.
· Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure best value.
· Monitor vendor performance using KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, compliance).
· Conduct regular vendor audits and evaluations.
· Resolve disputes, escalations, and ensure service-level compliance.
· Collaborate with finance, operations, procurement, and legal teams.
· Identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
· Ensure adherence to company standards, legal requirements, and compliance policies.
· Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
· Knowledge of vendor management systems/ERP tools.
· Understanding of procurement, contracts, and compliance.
· Ability to manage multiple vendors/projects under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
