Job Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients and customers.- Act as the single point of contact for all customer queries and escalations.- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and maintain client satisfaction levels.- Analyze customer data to improve experience, engagement, and retention.- Monitor CRM systems, track performance, and generate regular reports.

Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a CRM in a reputed organization.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.- Customer-focused mindset with ability to build trust and loyalty.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
