Vendor onboarding associate

To support our Key Account Management (KAM) team's vendor onboarding efforts, we propose hiring an associate to assist with essential administrative tasks. This role will be instrumental in streamlining our processes and ensuring timely completion of vendor onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings for the KAM team, ensuring optimal time management. Documentation Management: Collect, organize, and maintain vendor documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible. Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with vendors to ensure the completion of necessary paperwork and address any pending queries. Data Entry: Accurately input and update vendor information into our systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in handling Google Sheets. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
