Vendor onboarding associate

We are dedicated to innovation, customer satisfaction, and community engagement, with a strong emphasis on building strong vendor networks.Eligibility: • This is an unpaid internship, full-time PPO can be offered based on performance. • Open Positions: 2 • Duration: 3months • Location: DelhiRole & Responsibilities: • Visit vendors on-field for onboarding and documentation. • Explain company processes, benefits, and platform usage to vendors. • Collect, verify, and maintain vendor KYC documents and agreements. • Train vendors on platform features and resolve basic queries. • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth vendor activation. • Maintain daily records of vendors visited and onboarded. • Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure long-term engagement.Requirements: • Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream) with strong communication skills. • Comfortable with field visits and vendor interaction. • Basic understanding of documentation and onboarding processes. • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. • Prior experience in vendor management, sales, or fieldwork will be an added advantage.Benefits: • Real-world experience in vendor management and field operations. • Flexible working hours for field visits. • Internship certificate & Letter of Recommendation. • Opportunity for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. • Networking exposure in the automotive service industry.Apply by 13 September, 2025:Submit your resume to: hr@keplix.co.in
